yours truly – october/november

I absolutely love the fall.

There is just something about that cool breeze, the leaves changing color, and the spirit and attitude of joy and thanksgiving that it brings to the heart. It just makes you happy.

Life has been crazy busy these last couple of months with coaching volleyball, putting the finishing touches on the album at the studio, working at the preschool, and volunteering at the church.

  • Volleyball — I had the honor and privilege to coach the Meek Tiger ladies in their first State Championship Title in history! I could not even describe the feeling I had, but judging by the picture you can all see I was overjoyed! Normally I get pretty anxious and nervous during these sort of things but I woke up that morning with a peace that made me know that we were going to win that game. I told the girls that I never pray to win a game, but I knew that God could see how important that game was to them. I prayed that if God truly wanted us to win that game and give us such a platform, that it would solely be used to let His glory shine and have everything point back to Him. He gave us the favor that day so I can only pray that He continues to use me and my team to reflect His name for all to see!

  • Due to the busyness of my schedule lately I haven’t been able to go see any movies so on the list still to go see is 90 Minutes in Heaven” and “Woodlawn”.
  • The top songs that I have been listening to lately are “Good Father” by Chris Tomlin, “Beauty for Ashes,” “Holy Moment”, “God of Miracles,” “Everything and Nothing Less” all by a new artist I have been listening to from Jesus Culture, Chris McClarney. “When You Walk Into the Room” by Bryan and Katie Torwalt and songs from the new Shane and Shane album, etc.
  • My album is almost done!!! It has been sent to JamGoods to be mastered and prepped to be on ITunes, Spotify, Amazon, etc. in the future! I will be waiting to upload all of the digital downloads until after the Christmas holiday so that it doesn’t get lost with all of the Christmas albums coming out at the same time. I am so pumped to be able to share my music with you! And soon I will be going back into the studio to work on the entirety of the album so if you enjoy my EP and want to hear more of what God has given me with my music, there is always a need for donations and most definitely your prayers! If all goes well with my EP, I will be looking into making b l i n k t w i c e into a 12-14 song album!
  • Thank you again for all of your support! This would not be happening without Y-O-U! And be checking your mailbox or a personal delivery to receive your rewards for the appropriate donated amount! I love all of you!

Yours Truly,
